WHAT TYPES OF SERVICES DO YOU OFFER ?
We can create all of your floral needs for your wedding from bouquets, boutonnieres and centerpieces to pew markers, altar arrangements and even floral garlands and arbors. We also have an extensive range of vases available for rent from small votives through to large feature pieces.
HOW MUCH SHOULD I BUDGET FOR FLOWERS ?
Costs are based on multiple factors. Pricing is based on size, style, flower varieties used and complexity of the design. We use high quality local and imported fresh flowers so that your flowers are nothing less than stunning.
A realistic start is to set aside a minimum of 10% of your total budget for flowers. Example: Total Wedding Budget € 50,000 would be € 5,000 floral budget. This estimate does not include rentals and accessories.
Most wedding magazines and online wedding blogs suggest that you should allocate a floral budget of about 10-15% of your overall wedding budget. If you are looking for Pinterest-worthy, fine-art inspired, lush designs you may want to consider a floral budget of 20- 25% of your total wedding budget. Most of our couples spend between € 4,000-€ 7,000 but some spend less and some spend more!
DO YOU HAVE MINIMUM BUDGET FOR YOUR SERVICES ?
We have a € 4500 minimum for a full production wedding. Our full production service includes project, design, realization, set-up at ceremony and reception site, and removal of florals and rental items following the event.

WHAT CAN I DO TO KEEP LOW MY BUDGET ?
Working with the flowers in season at the time of your wedding or event is the best way to keep low costs. Be open to suggestions from your florist and if you have a budget in mind, discuss this early on in your consultation so we can offer advice within your price range.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO MY CONSULTATION ?
It is always a great idea to bring along some inspiration images that reflect the style of florals that you like. Don't worry if you think they are all different. We will help you refine the inspiration during our consult.
WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE ALREADY CHOOSE A STYLE ?
Without even knowing it we all have a style we love. It's just a matter of finding out what that is. We do this during a consultation by getting to know you and discussing different ideas and pictures until those favored elements begin to stand out.
WHO WILL SET UP THE FLOWERS ON MY WEDDING DAY ?
Lilla Bespoke Florals has an experienced delivery and set up team who will ensure all the floral arrangements for your wedding are perfectly prepared for your arrival on your special day. We have a range of delivery and set-up options which we can discuss with you during a consultation.
HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN DESIGNING WEDDINGS AND EVENTS ?
Federico and Serena has been designing weddings and special events for 5 years. We have been in business since 2013 and hold a valid business license and liability insurance. DO YOU HAVE A PAYMENT PLAN ?
Payment plans can be set up to fit your budget needs. We require a 30% NON-REFUNDABLE retainer to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your wedding or event, but can be paid early in multiple payments if you choose.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I ORDER MY WEDDING FLOWERS ?
You should order your wedding flowers 6-8 months before your wedding. We book a limited number of weddings & events per weekend so book early to ensure your date is available.
HOW CAN I SECURE MY WEDDING DATE ?
We ask for a non refundable reservation retainer equal to 30% of the total floral order along with a signed contract. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the wedding/event date. No dates are secured or held without a signed contract and the reservation retainer. We do not tentatively book wedding dates.
WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY, SET UP & TAKE DOWN FEES?
Our delivery, set up and take down fees are determined by event location and the amount of flowers to be delivered and set up/taken down. Please contact us for a complimentary consultation to learn more about these services.
CAN I PROVIDE MY OWN FLOWERS OR DIY FLORAL ARRANGEMENTS?
Our policy is that if you hire us as your wedding/event florist we will supply all the fresh floral bouquets and arrangements for your
event using our reputable floral wholesalers and flower farms. This is to ensure a high quality product and consistency in design for all aspects of your event flowers. You will want all of your flowers looking their best for your big day!
DO YOU OFFER WEDDING FLOWER PACKAGES?
We do not offer fixed packages because each couple is different. We work with you individually to design your own personal and unique wedding flower package.
DO YOU WORK ON NON WEDDING RELATED EVENTS?
Of course! We work often on Corporate, private or residential events. Email us about your event, we would love to chat with you!
WHAT FLOWERS ARE AVAILABLE AND WHAT IS THE AVAILABILITY?
Many flowers are available year round (prices may fluctuate) but there are some blooms that only have seasonal availability such as peonies, muscari, anemones etc. and if asked for out of season will be very expensive or not available at all.
Holidays such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas, International Women’s Day and All Saints Day (practiced in Italy) will affect flower prices and availability. Weather conditions and natural disasters also impact flower availability and pricing. Please contact us to book a consultation to discuss flower options and availability for your wedding/event date.
